As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that improve website visibility, traffic, and rankings. You will conduct keyword research, optimise website content, and build high-quality backlinks to improve search engine performance and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices to ensure ongoing success.

Required Experience Skills And Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in SEO or related fields.
  • Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
  • Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Experience with link building and backlink analysis.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO copywriting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with content writers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithm updates, such as Google Panda, Penguin, and Hummingbird.
  • Experience with local SEO and citation building.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media and its impact on SEO.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for the website.
  • Optimise website content, meta tags, and descriptions to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies to generate high-quality backlinks to the website.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in search engine optimization and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve website traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure that website content is optimised for search engines and user experience.
  • Create and maintain reports to track SEO performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
