Description
As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating animated visual content for a variety of mediums, including websites, social media, and video. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling designs that meet their branding and marketing goals.
Required Experience Skills And Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in motion graphic design or related field.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software.
- Experience with creating motion graphics for various mediums, such as video, web, and social media.
- Experience with project management and client communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative motion graphic concepts.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as video production and marketing.
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques, including colour theory, typography, and composition.
- Experience with creating animations and motion graphics from concept to final product.
- Knowledge of video production techniques and workflow.
- Familiarity with sound design and editing.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Develop and create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content for a variety of digital and print media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, content creators, and web developers, to ensure that motion graphics are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Use industry-standard software and tools to create motion graphics and video content, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Manage and prioritise motion graphics projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Present motion graphics concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and clients for feedback and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics trends, software, and tools and share knowledge with the team.
- Maintain a digital asset library of motion graphics files and videos for easy access and reuse.
- Ensure that all motion graphics are optimised for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
- Develop and implement brand style guides and design standards to maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
