As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling designs that meet their branding and marketing goals.
Required Experience Skills And Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
- Experience with print and digital design projects, such as branding, logos, websites, social media, and advertising.
- Experience with project management and client communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and web development.
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques, including color theory, typography, and composition.
- Experience with designing for various mediums, such as print, web, and social media.
- Knowledge of branding and identity design.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Develop and create visual designs and concepts for a variety of digital and print media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, content creators, and web developers, to ensure that designs are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Create and edit graphics, logos, icons, images, and videos using graphic design software and tools.
- Design and develop user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and prioritise design projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and clients for feedback and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and tools and share knowledge with the team.
- Maintain a digital asset library of design files and graphics for easy access and reuse.
- Ensure that all designs are optimised for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
- Develop and implement brand style guides and design standards to maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
