Required Experience Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including buyer personas, customer journey mapping, and segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing websites for search engines.
  • Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Strong understanding of UX and website design principles.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display networks.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, optimise marketing strategies, and improve ROI.
  • Create and curate content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, emails, and ad copy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on search engines, social media, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to customer feedback and reviews, and resolving complaints.
