Required Experience Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience with campaign optimization and budget management.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ad campaigns.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads Editor and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques, including targeting, segmentation, and ad copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models.
  • Experience with creative development and design principles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance, such as GDPR and CCPA.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various channels such as TV, radio, print, digital, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, optimise advertising strategies, and improve ROI.
  • Create and curate ad content, including ad copy, images, and videos, that is engaging and relevant to the target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure that ad content is aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback and comments from customers and stakeholders on ads and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in advertising and share knowledge with the team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media partners, publishers, and influencers to expand brand reach and generate leads.
